Request A Tour of Town Hall for Grade Five Students Form

In conjunction with the grade five civics curriculum, the Town of Ajax is pleased to provide tours of Town Hall for grade five students currently enrolled in Ajax schools. The tour program runs during the school year from September – June.

Tours must be booked a minimum of four weeks in advance by the school to ensure staff and facility availability and to allow coordination of schedules.

Transportation to and from Ajax Town Hall, including all associated costs, is the sole responsibility of the school.

Photography and video consent forms (provided upon approval of requested tour) must be completed and submitted in advance for each student attending the tour. It is the responsibility of the school to ensure that any students without a signed consent form are not photographed/videoed. 

A limit of one request per school will be considered within the school year.
