By-law Services - File a Complaint Form

Council's minimum standards for filing a complaint requires all individuals to provide their name, address, and phone number prior to a complaint being generated.

This information is used strictly for follow-up purposes and not for public release.

Important Notice: Any incomplete and/or false information provided on this form will results in your concern not being investigates be an Officer. No action will be taken ad the complaint form will be discarded.
