Please provide the following information for each property that is requested to be licensed for private property parking enforcement:

Individual Security Guard/Issuing Agents

Please provide the following information for each individual that will be authorized to issue Parking Penalties at the property(s) listed above. If you are a private property owner using a security company, please provide the company name.

Conditions

Issuing Agents who provide parking enforcement within the Town of Ajax must be authorized as Private Property Parking Enforcement Officers by the Town. Utilizing staff that are not authorized nullifies any parking penalty notices that have been issued and is cause for the revocation of permission to provide private property parking enforcement.

Annual registration and fee payment is required for all private properties to enforce parking on private property sites in the Town of Ajax.

Issued parking penalty notices are required to be filed with the Town as soon as possible after issuance (but no later than 24 hours after issuance – excluding weekends).

Clear parking signs are required on the private property and must explain rules, including how guests obtain permits (e.g. email, phone call, electronic permits, paper permits, etc.)
