Do you consent to a drive-by property visit from Town staff to assess tree candidacy and work completion?
 
Do you know the species of tree for which the rebate is to apply?
 
Have you confirmed that the tree you are maintaining has a minimum diameter of at least 40 cm at breast height (1.4 m above ground)?
 

Please note that all maintenance invoices must be completed by a Certified Arborist. For more information on Arborist qualifications, please visit The Town of Ajax Mature Tree Conservation Program.

*Rebates are only eligible for one tree per property, per year.
