Technical Requirements

Microphones and monitors (wedges) will be provided. Dancers/singers must provide a performance music/musical accompaniment (no vocals) via email.

By completing the application form your Act agrees to have its performance video and/or audio recorded and photographed for promotional purposes without compensation.

In consideration of your accepting this form, I hereby for myself, heirs, executors and administrators may have against the Town of Ajax and/or any and all sponsors of the event, their representatives or assigns for any and all injuries or losses that may be sustained by participating in this event.

I/we wish to audition for Ajax Superstar, under the stated conditions.
